On May 13, 2025, the BfArM Expert Committee met — and we now have the draft bill for the next amendment. The result is clear: 1S-LSD will be banned.
This legislative update could be passed during the Bundesrat session on September 26, 2025, which would once again tighten Germany’s LSD regulations. Once that happens, it will only take a few days for the ban to take legal effect. From that point on, we will stop selling 1S-LSD.
